After you have talked to the old man, stand by the main computer across from him, switch to "infrared" viewing. Next, Start Mainframe, immediately turn around and "switch on" the computer to your left when the bulb glows, then turn right. The computer to your left should be lit up, "switch on" - then the computer to the right should light up. "Switch on." After that, the old man returns to the front of the first room. Go to where the old man was standing, the computer behind him, to your right will be where you retrieve the printouts.
