Alternate Costumes

These alternate costumes are really just titles that change the appearance of your character. Get Lloyd's "Arggh, Me Hearties" title by rebuilding Luin and (you must have Zelos in your party) speaking with a pirate named Aifread next to the boat. Colette's "Maid" Costume is received by entering the castle in Meltokio (once again, Zelos must be in your party) and talking to two maids around the royal library. They'll hire Colette as a maid, and you'll get to see a funny scene. Then Colette gets her Maid costume. Genis gets his "Katz Katz Katz" costume in Meltokio, too. Go to the slums and a kid chasing a Katz will appear. Go to the Katz Village in Sylvarant (it's in the top left corner of your map) and talk to the mayor of the village. He's spinning around near the top. Return to the Metokio slums and Genis will get his costume. Regal's "God of the Kitchen" costume is also in Meltokio. Walk up to The Wonder Chef and some other chef arguing next to the castle. The Wonder Chef will disappear, so Regal and the other chef have a cooking battle. Afterwards, the Wonder Chef comes back and gives Regal his new clothes. You can get Raine's "Maiden" costume by just walking up to the stone dais in Asgard. Presea's "Klonoa" costume is found in Altamira. Talk to George an he'll start talking about their mascot. Presea fits the bill, so she gets her Klonoa outfit. Kratos has his Judgment costume, which is his Cruxis costume. You can get this by choosing Kratos when the people knock on your door in Flanoir. You can't get some other costumes, though. I suggest getting this on your second play-through. Zelos gets the "Masked Swordsman" clothes in Meltokio. Simply walk up to Zelos' house to get it. Then you can go into Zelos' house and speak with his butler, who will mention Princess Hilda. Go to the castle and the king will ask that you save the princess. Go to the Grand Tethe'alla Bridge, and then the Gaoracchia Forest exit near Ozette and Mizuho. Zelos will obtain the title of "Princess Guard". Return to Meltokio Castle and the King will host a party in celebration of this victory. Choose one person at the beginning of the party, and then talk to 3 people in your group at the party. Then those people and Lloyd will obtain their party costumes. In Altamira, there will be a woman in front of the hotel. Find her children in the right order and she'll give you swimsuits.

NOTE 1: Kratos cannot get a swimming costume or a party costume.
NOTE 2: You won't be able to receive any of the above costumes if you haven't:
A) Completed the Flanoir Doctor Event
B) Gotten the Vinheim Key
