Where can I find the area challenge extras health shrine 2 power shine 2 and fire arrows 2 I have all the others just ..

Health shrine 2 is in the mission "Revolution". Awarded for saving a civilian from 3 roman praetorians, who can be found while heading to the ambush spot. There is a time limit during this part, so you have to save him quickly. No idea about the other 2 though.
