On final rush there are several shortcuts

the first pipe you see going sideways, jump on it and follow it. Once you hit the boost it should launch you on to one that takes you straight across the bridge span that you would have had to jump onto.

in the part where you get the bomb, jump off the edge. It is a little bit tricky to reach the pipe, but if you do manage to get on the pipe it saves alot of time.

Also when you are at the part with the 3 pipes at bottom of the hill, one is low, middle is high and outside is high, take the outside one like you are supposed to, then jump off it right before going through the slot in the wall, if you catch the pipe it saves alot of time
