In order to do the 619, you must be Rey Mysterio or a Created Superstar with that as a move. During a match or practice, run towards the ropes. As you approach the rope, hold the control stick away from the ropes and then click the B Button (A+B if your doing a Special 619). If you do it correctly, you will do the 619.
