Question for The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker

I tried to play a song on the Wind Waker the wind that changes direction but it won't recognize it, what the heck am I suppose to do then. Please note, I can't get any further in the quest because the wind that changes direction song will not work at the Dragon Caverns.

In dungeon the wind's requeim dose not work or should I say it can't work try going outside and playing it.us
