Question for The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time / Master Quest

Ok, I'm at the part in the water temple were your in this room and it looks like this:
In the middle there is a pool of water shaped in a square and on one side is spikes on the egde. And that side (with the spikes) is a Hookshot target, and I'm to far away to reach it. Also on that same side there is a door that's locked, and I DO NOT have the key, where do I get the key for the door, and how do I get passed that particular room? I hope I gave enough info for you! If I didn't let me know. THANKS!

You have to get the longshot by deffeting shadow link, and then there's a room where you have to pull a block out of the wall intill it can't go any farther, leave the room go to the second floor hit the eyeball [it opens the gate] swich use your longshot to cross before it closes godown the hole push the block and you should see a chest it has a key, go to the room you where stuck in use long shot on the target go through the door hope that helped
