Question for The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time / Master Quest
Hi there, I am at the very very beggining of Ocarina of Time. It tells me that I have to go talk to some grand tree thing. But on my way there a person tells me I cannot enter without a sword or shield. I know that I can buy a shield from the store and you have to find the sword somewhere yourself but I have no idea where.....HELP?

There's a hole in the wall near the grassy training area up the hill. Crawl into it and avoid the boulder and you'll find the sword inside a chest.

Yes, Milo requires you to have a Sword and a Shield before you can go see the Deku Tree.
To get the Kokiri Sword, when you exit your House, go down the ladder, run up the hill, make a left, run up the next hill to the left and over by the wall will be a little hole that you have to crawl through - make your way to the top left corner of the room to find your Weapon.
The Kokiri Shield costs 40 Rupees at the Store, so once you have enough Rupees, go buy it then talk to Milo.

The kids name is Milo and to get the sword and shield, you need to have at least 30 rupees and good reflexes. The shield is at a nearby store from where Milo is and you need to pay 30 rupees for it. The sword you need to climb up the hill next to Link's house and past all the fences is a hole you can crawl through. Dodge all the boulders passing by and you will see a chest to your left. Inside is the Kokiri sword and now you can rub it in Milo's face with your gear.

In the training hole there is a hole in the ground. Go through it. Now go through the area until you find and extremely big chest. Look in it and you will find a small sword named the Kokiri sword. Then look in the grass for rupees and buy a sheild.
