As a kid visit the ranch and get eponas song. As an adult go back and talk to ingo and ask to ride a horse. Play epona song when you get in there, and epona comes. Jump the fences set up in the area and when ten seconds are left go talk to ingo. He might challenge you to a race, waggering 50 rupees. If he doesnt just ask to ride again and do some more jumps. Beat him in the race the first time, thenhe gets really upset. Beat him in the race the second time and he gives you the horse as promised before. But he locks you in the ranch Build up speed and jump over one of the fences on the edge of the ranch. Vla la, you have a horse.

You can't get Epona until you're an Adult!!!
When you're an Adult, go to Lon Lon Ranch, talk to Ingo and pay 10 Rupees to
Ride a horse. Now play Epona's Song (learn as a Kid in Lon Lon Ranch) and ride
The horse that comes to you. Get on and just ride around and practice until the
Time runs out. Next, do it again, but this time talk to Ingo from on the horse
Using Z and he'll challenge you to a race. Once you beat him, beat him again and
He'll give you Epona - sort of. Ingo'll trap you inside the Ranch, but as long
As you have Epona - just build up some speed and jump the gate!!!
And that's how you'll cross that bridge in Gerudo Valley - build up some speed
Amd jump it while on Epona...
Plus, now that you have a horse, when you're in Hyrule Field, just play Epona's
Song to summon her and you'll have a vehicle, a mode of tranportation that's
Much faster than you running everywhere all of the time lol...
