Plat Zelda's lullaby in front of Darunia's bedroom door and it will open. Then play Saria's song and he will start dancing.

One thing that you hafta do is get the Goron Bracelet to lift heavy things like the Goron Crop/Bomb ***hint hint***...
Go to the very bottom of Goron City and on that Carpet by the Door - play Zelda's Lullaby to get in - then talk to Darunia (the big Goron dude) and play Saria's Song (you get from Saria in Sacred Forest Meadow)...
Now exit Goron City to Death Mountain and make a right - toss the Bomb from the Bomb Flower over the edge to open the Cave and then go beat Dodongo's Cavern!!!

You have to go to the very bottom of the city and step on the red carpet,then take out the occarina and play zeldas lullaby
