Do you mean the great Jabu Jabu in Zora's Fountain?
If so then catch a fish in one of your empty bottles and drop it at his mouth which will then open and suck you in.

The great Jabu Jabu in Zora's Fountain can be activated by catching a fish in one of your empty bottles and dropping it at his mouth which will then open and suck you in. Make sure that you have at least 4 nuts spare incase!

Catch a big fish in a bottle and use it when you come to Jabu Jabu.
It's mouth will open and you can enter his belly.
