In the forest temple I asked a question about the room.someone answered that I shoot the grey eye whith my bow, But I don't have one. Where do you get the bow and arrow?

You get the Bow after you defeat several Stalfos if you continue past the twisted hallway and room. But to do this, you need to get several small Keys to unlock the doors.
There is a small Key if you climb up the vines near the entrance, where the Wolfos were. There is another in the room with 2 Stalfos in it, north of the main room (up the stairs, where the coloured torches were). There is another one inside the well, which you need to drain (after removing the blue time block, go up the vines, and continue until you find a switch that empties the well).
