First of all you have to get the boomerang which is in a room with lots of flying bad guys. When you defeat all those guys a treasure chest will appear. It has the boomerang in it
Then you have to defeat all those giant tongue thingys.The easiest way is to target it, then throw your boomerang a few times. When you kill one those slimy gooey things that are electrick will go(or maybe just one will go, I can't remember.)
Behind one of those slimy gooey things is another long tongue thing, defeat it then go to the room where you first found Princess Ruto and drop down the hole in the top left corner(it will be the top left corner if you were coming in from the entrance to the place).
You should land on a high platform if not try again. You must have Princess Ruto. because when you enter the room Princess Ruto will see the spritual stone of water on a platform but the platform will be elevated with the Princess on it.
