Stop the rolling goron inside goron city with a bomb and then talk to him.After that you can easily tell what to do next.

What you do is after you have learned the bolero of fire and gotten the fire tunic you want to enter the Fire Temple. Its inside of Death Mountain Crater.

First of all, stop the Goron rolling by Bombing him. He'l then give you the Goron Tunic and access to the emperor's chamber. Go inside and move the throne forwards to reveal a hidden passage way to Death Mountain Crater. Go through into it and go to the hylian symbol where Sheik will teach you the Bolero of Fire. Then enter the temple...
