Ok well if you are talking about The Legend of Zelda Majora's Mask then yes I can help you with the part about the aliens. But I'm not sure what you are talking about with the Zoras? Anyways so my three hints for beating the aliens are wear the bunny hood mask while fighting them, that way you can run faster to the spots they are going to. Second, slow down the time so you can make them move slower just to be sure that none get to the stable before you and steal the cows. Thirdly, you will notice there is a dog running around by you while you are fighting the aliens, wherever he runs to and barks at will be the alien closest to the barn at that time so watch him too! O and one more thing if you are running low on arrows while fighting them then smash the box in front of the stable or go behind the stable for some bushes to whack! Good luck!!!

OK with the aliens, on the second night, help Ronami's sister deliver the milk to the milk bar. Then she'll be attacked by the brothers. You need to shoot them with arrows to stop them from getting close to the cart. Then at the end you can get the Romani Mask, which can get you into the Milkbar.
As for the Zoras, use the Stone Mask to sneek into the Pirate base and steal all 4 Eggs from there. Then take a picture of a pirate and give it to the shop on the beach which he'll trade for the seahorse. Use the seahorse to get to the place where the last 3 eggs are. Here, you need to beat the serpents by using Zora Link's electro barrier attack to damage and kill them until you find the last 3 eggs. Then stick them in the tank. Then learn the song the baby zoras show the notes of. Play that song to the mother of the Zoras to finally get into the Ocean Temple.

The aliens... O.k at Romani Ranch (im sure you know the times and eat). Just shoot em all down. It's easy. I didn't use slowed time or Bunny hood. I guess if you suck with the bow you can slow down time, but then the "aliens" stay for longer... Meh choose what you will. O.K Zoras. Go to Gerudo Fortress and get the four eggs and the hookshot. Take a picture of a Gerudo Woman, doesnt even have to be that good. Go to Fishermans Hut and get the seahorse. Then look out to sea and you will see two big pillar thingys. Go in between them and release the seahorse. Rescue his friend by use electric sheild and get the eggs. Put em in the aquarium and learn the song. Yay now go to Lola and play the song in front of her. Then a big Turtle will come and take you to The Water Temple. Zelda_Fan
