You can't. Even if you think you will be able to if you are wearing the Geurdo Mask they will just say "Nice try we can tell it's you behind that mask". Or something like that. Maybe if you used Action Replay Codes you could go by but there wouldn't be anything to find because you aren't supposed to be back there.

It is possible to get past the gate as a child without hacking the game. It is extremely difficult and a complete waste of time. There is nothing back there for you to do or get, because you shouldn't be able to get back there.
(Plus, what happens if they catch you and throw you in jail? You either don't have the hookshoot or can't use it because you're a child.)
