Question for Super Smash Bros. Melee

I was doing that Mew thing when the t.v. Screen when dark. The music was still going and I could still move because I jumped off the edge. Can someone tell me what Pokemon can do that thing?

Togepi can make the area dark.

Here is a list of Pokemon effects, I might leave some out, I'm doing this by memory: (togipi-special random effects such as put flowers on heads, make it dark, and earth quake)
Venosaur- earthquake
Mew-give points
Celebi-give points
Porygon2-tackle
Charizard-flamethrower
Cyndaquil-flames out of back
Golden-splash=P.S. No help at all
Suicane-blizzard
Entai-fire tower thing
Raiku(or something)-eletric forefield thing
Theres more but I forgot what they were.
Togipi's the only one who can make it dark.

I believe that Pokemon is togepie. It's one of it's random attacks that comes unexpectedly.
