The (quote) says:
"Prepare to receive a realy long talking- to if You reset this game: the next time you play, Mr. Resetti will be waiting to deliver his best scolding.
No matter what your intentions are, pressing RESET button will bring you face-to-face with this ferverent character.Sometimes the only way to shut him up is to apologize"

On Animal Crossing, if you reset your game without saving it you will get yelled at by Mr. (Reset)ti. That's why there is a trophy of him because he is really annoying esoecially for the fiftieth time you reset Animal Crossing.
