Question for Super Smash Bros. Melee
Ok I know it's not true but can you get toad? I've been to a lot of sites and a lot say you can by shooting all the credits at the end and I've even seen pictures of him playing, and at the character choose screen but I don't think it's true.

No, playing as Toad is impossible, even with an Action Replay and friends. Those pictures can be made up with some pretty decent computer art skills you know.
