You either have to beat all of the Events before it and, if you've already done that, then you need to unlock a Level and/or a Character to play Event Match: 11 - King of the Mountain - in this case, you'll need to have Ice Climbers and Icicle Mountain...

Maybe you have to pass the past events in a better record, thats how I got to my last matches with gandorf,Giga bowser, and Mewtwo....
