Buy a turboshock controller and hold down the turbo button and A while moving the aimer around.

IMO I don't think it's ever been done. There is no "strategy" and there is no reward. If there was, then the AR would have been used to hit all of them and people would know. But they don't, therefore there is no reward, and it is impossible for human hands to do although many claim to do so with no proof. When there is a video you can say you've done it.

I think you can push B and it will freeze the screen. If I'm wrong, press any button (except A or Start, because A just shoots, and Start will speed it up) to test it out.
