answer: the way i got this is just go to vs no time limit ( i only have two controllers) and choose anyone do this when u go to bed then when u wake up end the match so it saves the data, you should only need to do this like two, three times and when you wake up you will see a new foe has appeared and by pressing a button you get to fight mewtwo to unlock him.

6. I need help with the home-run contest! I cant even get the sandbag 100ft!

Answer: anyone you choose quickly rack up as much dmg as you can with quick or powerful up smash moves until you get to about 1 second left quickly hitting the bag i have done this with yoshi and have 1489.9 feet, some characters are alot harder to build up insane amount of dmg to the bag but overall if your hitting them for less then 500 ft with every character you need to do more dmg faster

Sorry I cant answer any other the others I've had the game since it first came out and just started playing again I only have 281 trophies and want to find a way to get the rest if there is anymore. the only way I got more stages is by continue doing vs match and beating the game with every character on every mode.

What I did to get Mewtoo is I plugged in two controllers and put both of them as my best character.

I went into the pokemon stadium and then unplugged the controls (but left the game console on) and I left it for the night.

In the morning I plugged the controllers back in and made the second player fall off the edge to end the game.

Then it flashed saying a new foe has approached. Then I beat Mewtoo and I got him

What I did to get the Yoshi Stage was I picked my character as Kirby (Jiggly Puff Works too) and I started doing the foot drill on the sandbag (giving it damage) and then I pushed smash over a to homerun hit the sandbag. You could also just find another character that could give him damage and use him

What this means, is, if you have one controller plugged into the GameCube that is controlling a character during a Multiplayer battle, then that controller must maintain that control for at least 20 hours straight of versus gameplay. Left it over night and in the morning I killed the characters and fought mewto then I won soo I got him + I've completed the game!

About the homerun contest, If you noticed, there actually is a home run bat on the stand you start on.

1. 20 combined hours simply means in vs. Mode you must have a combined total time of 20 hrs. I would recomend doing an endlless coin battle and leave your game on over night

6. Easy pick Yoshi when you start grab the bat and flutter kick the bag (to flutter kick jump and press down and a while over sandbag) at the last second smash the bag he will go flying and should go well over 1000 ft. Congrates you've now got the past stage of Yoshi's island!

Past Stages:
Donkey Kong's: Survive and win 15 minute melee.
Yoshi's: Get over 1300 or something like that.
Kirby's: I forgot, but the stage is a tiny bit different than the old one. Other:
Battlefield: Gee, I forgot again. Man am I dumb!
Final Destination: Beat Event 51.
