Try your best.Use all of his moves using the B button.
Keep tapping A aswell.
This should get them to a high %.

You need to keep practicing and to keep trying...
The key is to use many attacks and a variety of attacks (up/down/forward+B)...
Make sure to use the powerful Smash attacks too (up/down/forward+A)...
The higher an enemy's percentage gets - the farther they will fly when they get hit and the easier it will be to kill them and send them zooming out of the level!!!

Same way you beat anything with anyone on any level!
Just battle to win.
