When you speak to her she says to you that the floor of the cage is unstable. You need to find a way to break it. The solution is that there are two switches, on to the left and one to the right for the cage. When you have turned them on the, gate from downunder opens. You can then take a bomb from the other side and throw it over the windpower which will make the bomb float over to the side where the Queen is. Then take the bomb and throw it at the pole to make the floor fall.
