It is impossible to unlock Inferno. You can only play against him in arcade mode.

You can't unlock inferno but you can get charade who is like inferno except you can't choose your weapon or change it during the game.

Inferno cannot be unlocked. Though Charade is exactly the same as Inferno without the flames and a head.

There is a way to get him but is very difficult: Get to level 99 in weapon master, that is all.

I don't know the code but if you have a gameshark or other cheat devise and the proper code, it will unlock inferno
