Tails Power Up No.1 Jet Anklet

Find The Twinkle Park Entrance. Go BEHIND it and there will be a pool of water with sewer water.There will be an opening in the ceiling. Fly in and there will be an attic with two rooms. In the second one there is the Jet Anklet. It lets you fly higher,longer and faster.

Tails Power Up No.2 Rhythm Badge

When Tikal Takes you to the past wihth the echidnas, and yes, the red orange ball is Tikal, look around.Fly everywhere and eventually you may find it. It lets you move fast by holding B
