Hi I have two questions to ask.1.Where can I find shadows ancient light and how do I get it? 2. Where can I find sonics flame ring and how do I get it?
P.S. Can someone please answer my first question on how to put in cheats on this game I really need to know!!!

Shadow's Ancient Light is in Sky Rail. Go though the Level like you normally would until you get to the first rocket. Don't take this rocket, instead, use your Homing Attack on the enemy over to the ledge with the Chao Box. Get as close to the edge as you can and a row of bad guys'll appear. Use your Homing Attack again on these guys to get to the top of the mountain and take the Upgrade!
Sonic's Flame Ring is in Crazy Gadget. After the third Checkpoint, take the Warp thing. Then grab the Gravity Switch in front of you to turn right side up. Now go back a bit and hit one of the two spings at the back of the room. The Upgrade is behind some of the Wooden Boxes!
