This is only way to make a chaos. Reincarnate a chao a minimum of two times, then give it all 21 animals once. NO CHAOS DRIVES. For Hero chaos, feed it hero fruit with hero character untill it matures. For Dark chaos, feed it dark friut with a dark character untill it matures. When it matures, it will be a chaos chao.
