Question for Sonic Adventure 2 Battle

I need help in acuatic mine. I can't find the switch to lower the water to lvl 3.Please anwser me! And can you put where the air necklace is too. Thank you.

When you start the game, there is that big box looking thing. Jump on the ledge and you should see a handle that Knuckles can grab. Jump and grab it and you will end up in a small room where you can find rings and the shrine you use the mystic melodie on. Look around and you will see the switch.

When you start, there is a thing you can grab on and takes you up. Break boxes untill you see it. When the water level is 3 go down and search for a tunnel made out of bricks. Dive down and you`ll see 2 ring boxes. Go to the north one and dive through a secret tunnel. Keep going through untill you hit a wall. Go up to the air and climb up the wall to get the air necklace.
