If I complete good and evil and last atory modes will I unlock super sonic and hyper shadow.

You will unlock them but you can only be them on the last level.

You don't really unlock them you just unlock last story and you use them on its last level.

p.s. there's only like 5 levels.

But you'll get to be them for that level ONLY.
