Yes the golden bird you can get a lot on Tail's Misson Street level.
The phoenix is one of those animals that you can give to your chao(s)...
You can also find one with Tails in Mission Street and with Eggman in Weapons Bed...
Yes and also in misson street there is a ton of them I just call them golden birds.
