Please can someone tell me the stats my Chao has to be to evolve the FIRST time??

The stats can be any level because that doesn't matter. It all depends on how you treat your chao and when it wants to evolve.

NOTE!!!!!!!: Don't keep using different characters.For example: if you want a dark chao (dark chaos are awesome!!!) then keep using only eggman, shadow or rouge. Eventually it will evolve into an awesome looking Dark Chao. But if you want a Hero Chao then keep using only sonic, tails or knuckles and it will become a hero.
