How do you get through this part in haunted mines?i have to kill a spiked car but it's underwater on level 3!wheres the level 3 switch or please tell me how to kill a underwater enemy

The level 3 Switch is at the top of the scaffolding at the beginning of the level.
Well the lvl 3 switch is on the scaffolding right in front of you at the beggining of the lvl... You climb up then jump up on the rope thingy.......... Then there is no way to kill an uderwater enemy..... Nice try though...
