Yeah, but after you defeat grand master greevil it shows you the credits and then when you continue my mirror b. Radar doesn't go off.... It does occasionally but thts like regular thing, like hes at pyrite town or poke spot....

You have to purify Lugia before he appears. To purify Lugia you must have 9 full chambers (bar is at max) with that Lugia will instantly be purified. After that your radar will soon go off telling you mirror b is.
