Could anyone help me on how to get Jirachi Nice Card. I have watched the news for an hour and it has not spoken about Jirachi. Help please!!

Collect all 5 pichu bros anime parts and watch them.then jirachi will appear at your front door.then go to camp starlight in viridian forest and there will be treecko,torchic,mudkip,and jirachi.there will also be a giant projector that lets you watch all parts of the pichu bros anime.once youve done this,you can talk to jirachi and get the nice card.to get treecko,torchic,and mudkips nice card you must answer there quiz right,just like anyone else.
