Ok you talk to the guy beside the canen statue with bobery and he says:theres no canan here then boery says don't lie last time I was here there was thern hell say to shoot the canen you need to get goldbob at polyshy hights hell want you to pay all your mony but don't worry he gives you you are mony back and gives you the permission and genureal white starts at petalberg and talk to the mayer hell help
