How in the world do you beat Shadow Queen?

If you have a whole bunch of good foods and lots of life, badge, and flower points then you should be able to win.
The Shadow Queen has 150 HP, 7 ATK, and 0 DEF.
When the Shadow Queen asks if you wish to become her servent, anser "no," or the game will end.
At the beginning of the battle, her evil highness can hit you with a quick lightning strike, boost her ATK and DEF or pull you in to the shadows for three successive strikes.
After you deplete about half of her HP, she'll change into a much more frightening form with two large hands that act independently (they'll either salp you or absorb some of your HP).
Occasionally, she'll swap out her hands with a bevy of appendages that emerge from the floor and can hit you three or four times per onslaught. She'll also add various status-affecting breath attacks to her arsenel.
Keep hitting her for the next three rounds-she won't take any damage, but you'll trigger a cutscene in which both she and your party completely recover their strength.
Afterward, you'll be able to hurt her again. Take out the Shadow Queens hands with one character while the other focuses on the boss herself.
She'll regenerate her appendages every turn, but it'll reduce the amount of damage you take. When the Queen boosts her ATK by +7, use Vivian's Veil to take cover immediately.
Also, equip the Feeling Fine badges if you have them. They'll Protect you from becoming confused or poisoned.
Keep stocking up on those mushrooms. Also have a lot of Flower points handy. This boss will take a while to beat.
+don't worry much about dieing and stuff IF you have enough life shrooms o__o
+Question: How do you upgrade you're partners hp :0 because I was watching on youtube how one of the characters [Vivian] was upgraded to 30hp o___o when I believe she is normally 20hp,PLEASE help, thats prob. One of my problems on defeating her, I've tried at least 5 times though one doesn't count because o_o I became her servant just because I wanted to see what happened xD
