How do I defeat the jump guardian? I have been trying for 7 weeks now and have had no luck. I engage him for about 15 minutes but can't seem to kill him. I even tried to use the cheat but cannot find the Luminoth statue. I am new to gaming so please be specific with your answers.
Thanx

Man, when you fought him for 15 minutes you probably almost beat the Ing. It does take a while and since you can't see his health, it's hard to know how close you are to finishing the Jump Guardian off. When he starts to jump around non-stop, you'll be close to destroying him!
Obviously, hide out under one of the Beacons so that you can steadily regain your health if you get hit. Whenever the Ing lands from a jump he'll create a shock wave that you'll have to jump (B button) over to avoid - when he uses his laser attack just keep moving and jumping left and right to avoid them.
Try to stay locked on (L button) as much as you can, when he jumps you'll lose the lock and have to find it again. Make sure you always have a charged up shot ready (hold A) to shoot at him when he's stationary or Missiles work too if you have enough.
That's all I can tell ya sslog1 - hope it helps, good luck =D
Pretty much just follow the above statement except for one thing when he shoots the lasers just stand behind the luminoth statue which is the your little aura bubble.
