I'm in agon wastes light world and now I need to go to some temple in the dark world after getting all three keys but the problem is that I don't know how to get there or if what the name of the temple is

The Temple in the Dark World is in the same place as the temple in the light world.

You must have just been to the Agon Energy Controller room - use you Map (Z Button) to get to the Mining Plaza; from there, Scan the Amber/Orange Translator Door and go through the door to the Portal Access A room. Head through this room to the Portal Site, destroy the Dark Troopers and Activate the Portal using Morph Ball...Welcome to Aether's Dark Side!!!
