On Temple Grounds, head over to the Meeting Grounds, Boost up the half pipe and head into the Morphball tunnel. Now roll through into Service Access (but don't go too fast because you'll need to use the Boost Ball again later on) and through Path of Honors to the Hall of Honored Dead - I'll let you play with the Puzzle!

To get the seeker missiles you go to Agon wastes and by a elevator theres a morph ball hole at the top somewhere in that room and you keep going until you find a puzzle complete the puzzle to reveal th seeker missile.
