I have the space jump and the bombs for the morph ball but now i go to the Command Center and beat that 3 guys and go to the door who is in the 2nd floor but there i dont know what to do so plz help me thax in advanse

Once you go through that door on the far left of the second floor to leave the Command Center, you have to go forward to that inaccessible area and turn to your right.
There is another door there, enter it back to the Command Center and scan everything you see, one of them activates an elevator for the other side of the room!
