Question for Metroid Prime 2: Echoes

How do you get to the spinner in the forgotten brigde
I now that I must get to it to go further in the game.

Please help

You must scan that thing first, then it will say it is in another dimension or on the surface of Dark Aether.

So Go there trough the portal.

And voila, there it is. Activate the bomb slot and you'll see a shady thing after the real one.

That means it has changed in the light world too.
