Where is the firebeam and grapplebeam, how do you get them

The grapple beam is accuired in phendrana drifts, in the area where the large tower is with all the spiderbal tracks are, however, you need the power bomb to get it, and the plasma beam is located in magmoor cavern, near the area magmoor workstation, and to get that you need the grapple beam and the spider ball
