Question for Mario Kart Double Dash

This is a weird question but i'll ask it. My friend said that on the Nintendo Gamecube battle level, If you sit your kart on the Open button on the stage for a long time, the gamecube will open, flinging you on top of a giant N64! Is this true? He said he did it but i'm not so sure. I asked him where he found the glitch but he said it was super............something he didn't know what.

I have never heard of this and never happened to me and friends usally always say that stuff so I would try it but chances are it isn't true

I've heard of something to that effect. I once sat there for a whole battle and still nothing. Either they did some SERIOUS editing on thier game (I doubt anyone could do that on a GCN), or they're trying to pull one over on you.

Trust me, it doesn't work. It's like the poke`mon space rumor, it hasn't happened, it will not happen right now, and it won't happen in the future.

Yes this has happen to me once I sat my kart there for about an hour. Then when go inside the cartridge of the n64 it send you to the snes(super nintendo) I,m not sure if you can go to the regular nintendo.
