There is selection of races you can do theres 50,100,150 and mirror mode,when it asks you which one you want just move the D pad to the right and you can choose 150.

Yes there are three modes 50cc 100cc and 150cc I think you have to beat 50cc and 100cc to get to 150

150cc is next to 100cc when you chose your cc class. You don't need to unlock it. Just remember that this cc has blue shells coming at you every five seconds, so prepare to be annoyed.

At the difficulty setting, you can set it to 150cc by ushing the joystick to the side.
PS 150cc probably means how many shells you get hit by every second!
PPS It's very hard.
