I've got another question. I know you may be shocked and all, but, what is action replay?
And where do you get it?
Plus, I want to win Special Cup at 150cc, but it's just not working for me!
Please help, I'm desperate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know how to get a Action Replay but. You can possibly win with Toad and One of the Turtle guys. And Choose Toads Car. If you don't have Toad and his Car use a Turtle and Baby Luigi.

Action Replay is a cheating devcie.
Anyway, there are plenty of shortcuts on the Special Cup. If you can find them ou won't have much trouble. Remember to use your items wisely.
