Question for Mario Kart Double Dash

I know that there is probaly more characters than Mario and Luigi.
I have all of the songs and minigames. All A's on Easy, Normal, Hard and 1 B on Very Hard which is on Bowser's and no F's on Super Hard. The only D on super hard that I have is on Bowser's track. How do you unlock more. Not if there is more but HOW do you unlock other characters? I have tried for months day and night. The only other thing is do I need all A's on mush mode. I don't really like mush mode. I don't have all A's on anything in mush mode. PLEASE ANSWER PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. THANK YOU TO WHOEVER ANSWERS.

Well first of all there are no A's B's C's D's or F's In mario kart double dash. But Here are all the charectars

Bowser--------Baby Bowser

Um...there are no letter grades in Double Dash. There are no Easy, Medium, Hard, Very Hard, or Super Hard modes, but there is the Mushroom Cup, if that's what you mean by "mush mode." You also start out with more than Mario and Luigi; in fact you start out with Mario, Luigi, Peach, Daisy, Yoshi, Birdo, Baby Mario, Baby Luigi, Koopa, Paratroopa, DK, Diddy Kong, Bowser, Bowser Jr., Wario, and Waluigi. You can't unlock songs or minigames in Double Dash. I think you have the wrong game.

Also, to Final Life: you should ask your question on the main Questions page, and not as an answer to another person's question.
