Just get on your horse (standing next to it and press X it took me a while to find out so don't give up on the first try it took me like 4 times)any way, on days I'm done with all the work, or don't have anything to do,i just ride it from 6:00AM to 6:00PM and ride it home!

Just ride it! My horse grew up just 2 weeks before thr horse races and i wanted ti to be in it so I trained soo hard for the next 2 weeks and she won the race with 8 stars of training
Boiled spinach, eggplant is what I read on internet. I tried it-it works!
Brush it every day, feed it everyday, ride it up to harvest goddess spring and back every day and youve got 9 train stars in no time
