Heyya! Well I hope I can help you with everything you need. I've had this game for about 3 years and I know well almost everything you need to know about it. I think. I'm not sure if all this information is correct because it all worked on me. So here it goes. This is the complete calender list I hoe it helps. While I'm at I I might as well mention that whoever has the most hearts by you will stand with you on your wedding. And here are the move ins. 1- Dan (Have Ronald open Paradise Orchards.)
2- Dia and Gina (Ship 30 Herbs. You will need to befriend Alex and Martha first.)
3- Duke, Gwen and Doug (Attend the Spring Horse Race on Spring 17th on year one.)
4- Henry (Plant 3 fruit trees. This didn't work with me, but it worked with my two friends.)
5- Katie (Have Carl open Cafe Calloway)
6- Louis (Attend the Fireworks Festival on Summer24 on year one.)
7- Lyla (Place a flower in the shipping bin on Spring 20, 21, or 22nd. Then go to Flower Festival on 23rd)
8- Maria (Go to a Festival)
9- Meryl (Befriend Ronald. She moves in when he expands his practice.)
10- Nami (Attend the Swimming/Ocean Festival on Summer 3rd.)
11- Ronald (Plant one fruit tree.)
12- Saibara (Ship one good clay. If you can't find any befriend Ann and she'll give you some.)

Unlockable Shops:
1-Atelier Saibara Clay Shop. (Get Saibara)
2- Blacksmith (Ship Ores. Especially Rare ones)
3- Cafe Calloway ( Opens one month after meeting Carl and Eve.)
4- Flower Bud Library (Will automatically open mid spring Year one.)
5- Hearty Lyla. (You will not get a letter in the mail from this opening. You will have to check often. Ship Clay, Flowers and Blueberries.)
6- Moonlight Cafe. (Opens in the Summer after meeting Duke.)
7- Perch Inn (Opens in the Summer after meeting Doug.)
8- Sanatorium (Ship 30 Herbs. And have Alex with at least one heart.)

They'll live on the plots of lands that you can't buy. And below I'll add what to do in order for them to return in case they leave town.
1- Gwen: Ship 10 fish and 20 crops.
2- Ron: Ship 5-10 Fruits.
3- Carl and Katie: Ship Eggs and Milk.
4- Dan:Ship 10 Very Berries.
5- Basil: Ship Flowers, Herbs, and Pontata Roots.
6- Eve: Ship Grapes
7- Gina and Dia: Ship Herbs and Pontata Roots.
8- Ray: Ship any fish.
