2. Nothing special as far as I know, just wait two years.
3. The easiest way to make money is probably milk, but digging up fossils at the dig site also makes pretty much. There's no really "easy" way to make money in the game.
4. Search the net and find out what they like. (There's too many people to list here)
Then give them lots of the thing (or things) they like, talk to them every day, etc.
